We will review your concern thoroughly and keep you updated throughout, aiming to resolve most complaints within 10 working days.
3. Independent Review
If we cannot resolve it within 8 weeks, you may refer your complaint to our Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme for a free, independent review.
